At RetroStocky, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality digital products. Since our products are delivered electronically, special conditions apply to refunds and returns.

1. Nature of Products

  • All items sold on RetroStocky are digital products delivered via download links.

  • As such, there are no physical deliveries and no requirement to return goods.

2. No Returns

  • Due to the non-tangible nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a purchase is completed and the product has been delivered.

3. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not issue refunds once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

  • Exceptions may be made only in the following cases:

    • The product file is corrupted or defective.

    • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transactions).

  • Refund requests based on “change of mind” or product incompatibility with your system will not be honored.

4. Requesting a Refund

  • If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the conditions above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

  • Include your order number, payment method (Visa or MasterCard), and a description of the issue.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the Visa or MasterCard used for the original purchase.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, but generally take 5–10 business days.
