  • Charges are made in the currency displayed at checkout.

  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the card used for payment.

2. Digital Delivery

  • RetroStocky only provides digital products (such as stock media and related content).

  • All products are delivered electronically via secure download links available after successful payment.

  • A confirmation email with download instructions will also be sent to you.

  • Delivery is considered complete once the download link is made available.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Download links are typically available instantly once your payment is confirmed.

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to technical processing.

4. Non-Delivery Issues

  • If you do not receive your download link:

    • Check your spam/junk folder.

    • If still not received, contact us at info@retrostocky.com with your order number.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

  • Refunds are only granted if:

    • The product file is corrupted or defective.

    • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transactions).

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your Visa or MasterCard, within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
